The University of Minnesota's Daniel Crawford has created a new way of presenting the world with data... with his cello!
Each note corresponds to a year and the pitch of the note corresponds with the warmth of that year. It's not a traditionally "pretty" song, but the song's story is clear.
What other kinds of data could be communicated with your instrument? What other graphs could be represented with your cello?
